About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and grow a client base and new business opportunities
Introduce company services via video, telephone, and in-person meetings with new and existing clients
Expand client utilization of company services
Recruit, evaluate, and place finance and accounting professionals in full-time positions
Deliver outstanding customer service to clients and candidates
Provide consistent communication and career guidance to candidates
Participate in industry trade associations to increase presence within the local finance and accounting community

Requirements

What you’ll need

A business related degree, ideally in finance or accounting
CPA and/or MBA a plus
2+ years of experience in public/industry accounting/finance and/or successful permanent placement recruiting experience required
Proven track record of success
Excellent communication skills
High sense of urgency
Ability to leverage finance and accounting experience to manage and grow the business
