About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Introduce Robert Half’s services via video, telephone, and in-person meetings with new and existing clients
- Develop and maintain client target lists to pursue new client relationships and expand existing business
- Generate leads through professional relationships, candidate interviews, and other interactions
- Develop enterprise-wide relationships with key stakeholders to present staff augmentation and project offerings
- Collaborate with colleagues to promote the Full-Time Engagement Professionals solution
- Expand current business by identifying additional opportunities with clients and engagement professionals
- Negotiate bill rates for Full-Time Engagement Professionals
- Use proprietary business development technology tools
- Build a professional network through networking organizations
- Stay current on industry trends, mergers and acquisitions, technology, regulations, and high-growth markets
- Match Full-Time Engagement Professionals with client staff augmentation or project needs
- Use SFDC searches and proprietary functionality to match professionals to open Job Orders
- Partner with colleagues to promote professionals for current and future deployments
- Recruit and hire skilled finance and accounting professionals
- Meet weekly interview metrics based on skillset needs and growth goals
- Use recruiting technology tools to source talent
- Resolve customer service issues and maintain customer satisfaction
- Communicate consistently with Full-Time Engagement Professionals and provide career development
- Conduct customer experience calls with clients and engagement professionals
- Manage, counsel, and provide performance feedback
- Conduct annual career discussions and merit pay reviews
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, human resources or related fields
- CPA, CMA, MBA or other professional designation desired
- 2+ years finance, accounting experience strongly preferred
- 2+ years’ experience with Business Development in a Metrics Driven environment
- At least one successful year developing new business in a multi-call, multi-decision maker environment
- Prior success marketing to and building trusting relationships with C-level and manager-level decision makers
- Working knowledge of current Windows Operating System
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Working knowledge of a Contact Management Application such as Salesforce
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional work ethic and organizational skills
- History of exceeding individual goals while contributing to a winning team
