About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Translate Robotiq’s revenue and pipeline goals into demand generation priorities and initiatives
  • Track funnel and pipeline performance by region, segment, and source
  • Identify performance gaps and recommend corrective actions
  • Prioritize initiatives based on their expected business impact
  • Establish a continuous approach to experimentation, learning, improvement, and scaling
  • Optimize the management, nurturing, and conversion of leads from key sources
  • Define and implement lead segmentation, prioritization, nurturing, and recycling strategies
  • Improve funnel conversions in collaboration with Sales and the CRM owner
  • Ensure the proper follow-up and conversion of high-intent leads
  • Own website conversion performance
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities to improve conversion journeys
  • Develop hypotheses and tests to increase high-intent leads generated by the website
  • Define targeting and segmentation strategies for prospecting
  • Create prospecting playbooks and sequences, including scripts and emails
  • Track lead performance and optimize targeting and follow-up
  • Lead a weekly review of lead management performance
  • Translate business priorities into demand generation programs
  • Align initiatives across Marketing, Sales, and Business Development
  • Measure campaign impact on funnel and pipeline performance
  • Adjust priorities based on regional results, team feedback, and available capacity
  • Maintain a regular feedback loop with Sales and Business Development teams
  • Contribute to the growth of pipeline, closed-won sales, and revenue generated by marketing investments

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in B2B marketing, including at least 3 years in demand generation, growth marketing, or a similar performance-focused role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong experience in B2B demand generation, funnel and pipeline performance, lead management, prospecting, CRM, and marketing automation
  • Strong experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms; HubSpot knowledge is highly preferred
  • Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written
  • Inspiring leadership and the ability to influence diverse teams
  • Strong business acumen and results-oriented mindset
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret funnel and pipeline performance
  • Sense of ownership, autonomy, accountability, and ability to prioritize
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Familiarity with lead enrichment tools such as ZoomInfo, Lusha, and Sales Navigator
  • Experience optimizing website conversion and measuring campaign performance
  • Assets include experience in a technology or industrial environment, complex B2B sales cycles, partner ecosystems or distribution channels, account-based marketing, paid digital advertising, SEO, or website conversion
  • Proficiency in another language relevant to Robotiq’s markets is an asset
