About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage accounts and sell the full Roche Point of Care portfolio
- Sell respiratory, sexually transmitted disease, women’s health molecular point-of-care testing, and hospital-based glucose testing
- Manage accounts across Hospital Laboratory, Urgent Care, Emergency Department, and physician office lab environments
- Position IT solutions connecting instruments across inpatient and outpatient settings
- Conduct customer presentations and business reviews
- Generate new customer demand and expansion within the Integrated Health Network segment
- Penetrate complex accounts and engage buying influences and key decision makers
- Align Roche products with customer clinical and financial needs
- Translate customer goals into internal action while balancing business priorities
- Negotiate and achieve strong business results
- Develop territory-specific strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Collaborate cross-functionally and share information and best practices
- Participate in industry and customer organizations
- Conduct system demonstrations, presentations, point-of-care committee meetings, trade shows, and VIP events
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years relevant sales or equivalent experience
- Participation in an approved accelerated development, fellowship or rotational program may be considered in lieu of experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including impactful presentations
- Preferred experience in Point of Care diagnostics and Integrated Health Network space
- Must live within 50 miles of the territory
- Relocation is not available
