About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Shape and drive the AI direction across Digital Workplace
- Identify and shape high-value AI opportunities to augment and automate employee work, improve access to knowledge, simplify digital interactions and enable new ways of working
- Develop a cross-functional view of AI needs, dependencies and shared reusable capabilities
- Bring deep AI technical expertise to product and technology decisions
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and help shape technology and architecture choices
- Translate strategic direction and customer needs into product vision, roadmaps, initiatives, epics, features and prioritized backlogs
- Drive Agile delivery as Product Owner, directing Scrum and multidisciplinary teams from discovery through MVP, industrialization, adoption and continuous improvement
- Partner across Digital Workplace to connect priorities and orchestrate cross-functional AI initiatives
- Lead customer discovery and co-creation, translating challenges into scalable AI opportunities and measurable outcomes
- Build alignment across enterprise AI, architecture, engineering, data, security, privacy, Responsible AI, legal, compliance and business stakeholders
- Influence strategic and technical decisions and represent Digital Workplace needs within the broader enterprise AI ecosystem
Requirements
What you’ll need- Deep expertise in AI and emerging technologies, including generative AI, LLM-based solutions, AI agents, agentic architectures and orchestration, RAG/grounding, enterprise search and AI integration patterns
- Strong technical understanding of enterprise architectures, data and knowledge integration, APIs/connectors, identity and access, security, privacy and AI governance
- Strong Product Owner/Product Management expertise
- Demonstrated ability to translate strategic direction into roadmaps, epics, features and prioritized backlogs
- Demonstrated ability to lead Agile/Scrum teams toward outcomes
- Ability to anticipate technology evolution and connect opportunities across products and teams
- Ability to combine strategic thinking and deep technical understanding with hands-on execution
- Exceptional customer orientation and stakeholder management
- Strong communication and storytelling skills
- Ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders, customers, Product Owners, architects, engineers and AI specialists
