About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Set the strategic technical direction for user experience, enablement platforms, and AI offering adoption journeys
- Author production-ready blueprints, starter kits, reference architectures, and unified platform interface components
- Lead technical consultancy sessions and evaluate complex use cases
- Guide architecture selection and mentor engineering and power-user communities
- Translate field insights and developer feedback into inputs for the core platform engineering roadmap
- Embed responsible AI guardrails, security best practices, and GxP validation compliance into platform accelerators and developer workflows
- Partner with Product, Security, Quality, and Business leaders
- Drive developer community engagement and establish software delivery best practices
- Identify modular enablement frameworks and reusable assets
- Promote the AI Tech Offering across enterprise teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience
- Demonstrated leadership in developer platforms, enterprise environment, and building reusable software assets
- Proven track record of driving developer enablement and leading technical consultancies
- Proven AI expertise and adoption of emerging AI technologies
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
- Senior architecture experience
- Cross-functional team leadership and mentoring engineering talent
- Strong software development or platform engineering background
- Proficiency in writing code and evaluating end-to-end architecture and CI/CD pipelines
- Hands-on experience with modern software development processes leveraging AI coding assistants
- Strong English communication skills (C1/C2), written and verbal
- Continuous learning and knowledge sharing
- Platform-first mindset and ability to engage non-technical audiences
- Cross-organizational collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to improve and simplify processes, standards, and practices
- Experience measuring operational impact and platform adoption through quantitative metrics
