About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide technical support for a variety of medical equipment
- Support the growth of key business accounts across the assigned territory and the UK
- Perform preventative, corrective, modification, and installation services
- Provide out-of-hours support for specified products
- Service large- to medium-sized equipment
- Report to a Regional Technical Manager
- Represent Roche Diagnostics at client sites
Requirements
What you’ll need- Engineering or electrical qualification
- Previous field service experience with high-value capital equipment
- Experience diagnosing and repairing electro-mechanical, fluidic, and electronic systems
- Strong foundation in component-level troubleshooting and systems-level expertise
- Ability to confidently represent the company at client sites
- Ability to build productive customer relationships in a complex environment
- Willingness and ability to travel throughout the UK on occasion
