About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead end-to-end delivery of integrated solutions, consolidating multiple products into cohesive project deliverables
- Drive detailed planning, scheduling, risk mitigation, change management, and resolution of technical blockers and operational issues
- Align multidisciplinary teams and coordinate tasks with affiliates
- Monitor weekly project health and ensure accurate data in project management tools
- Allocate project resources according to technical expertise and forecast resource capacity against the project pipeline
- Prioritize activities across timelines, business needs, and technical constraints
- Monitor resource utilization, team capacity, and execution health
- Act as central contact for regional Project Managers and manage cross-regional dependencies and cross-product portfolios
- Standardize project management processes, tools, and ways of working across regions
- Define, align, and automate delivery KPIs and metrics
- Consolidate global reporting and provide visibility for executive stakeholders
- Facilitate project meetings and status reviews across local, regional, and global stakeholders
- Enforce centralized project documentation and governance frameworks
- Identify and implement improvements to internal project delivery and planning practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in a Project Management role, scaling operations across multiple regions
- Strong track record delivering complex, multi-product integrated solutions and single-product deployments
- Ability to lead, influence, and align multidisciplinary teams without direct functional authority
- Experience standardizing workflows, implementing delivery KPIs, and automating reporting tools for global portfolios
- Proficiency in project management software, e.g. Monday.com
- Proficiency in automation tools and dashboard generation
- Strong task delegation skills for efficient execution and resource utilization
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to engage audiences across varying technical and professional backgrounds
