About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Formally join the Therapeutic Areas Squad, contributing to the co-creation and implementation of end-to-end solutions for brands and products, Medical, Access, and Customer-Facing teams.
- Manage teams, processes, and resources, ensuring strategic alignment, operational excellence, and the continuous delivery of customer value.
- Monitor the performance of hospitality, air travel, and transportation suppliers, ensuring compliance with agreements and strong commercial relationships.
- Provide consultative support to internal requesters, ensuring adherence to best practices, policies, and operating manuals.
- Align affiliate guidelines with the Global team’s travel and event strategies.
- Ensure credit card reconciliation processes within the scope of ICFR audits and internal controls.
- Lead local bid negotiations and medium- and high-complexity contract negotiations with Procurement.
- Optimize technology tools, including SAP Concur, and implement continuous improvements.
- Monitor end-to-end event and travel processes, providing metrics and support for issue resolution.
- Manage reimbursements and unused tickets.
- Lead specific projects or events during periods of high demand or according to the scope of the initiative.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Events, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
- Experience managing corporate travel and/or events, with solid knowledge of industry financial processes.
- Experience managing Travel Management Companies (TMCs) and event agencies, including processes and SLA monitoring.
- Financial Controls and Auditing: Experience with corporate card reconciliation.
- Technology: Knowledge of SAP Concur and management platforms such as Monday.com.
- Compliance: Knowledge of Interfarma and ANVISA regulations and the IFPMA Code.
- Intermediate English proficiency.
- Availability to work from São Paulo’s South Zone in a hybrid model, with three days per week in the office.
