About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design and maintain solution architecture for the clinical product portfolio
  • Manage the technical lifecycle of SaaS vendors, including release management, technical debt reduction, and GIS/security compliance
  • Evaluate and implement modern tooling, frameworks, and AI-assisted workflows
  • Establish and enforce CI/CD, automated testing, monitoring, and code review best practices
  • Write code and build complex API integrations
  • Translate business requirements into technical tasks using Agile and Lean Programming methodologies
  • Identify and mitigate technical and architectural risks
  • Establish and track software quality metrics for data integrity and system performance
  • Serve as the primary technical contact for R&D and Clinical Development & Medical Affairs stakeholders
  • Partner with the Head of Product to translate business strategy into technical roadmaps

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, solution architecture, and systems integration
  • Proven experience managing the technical lifecycle of enterprise SaaS platforms
  • Familiarity with clinical systems (e.g., CTMS, Veeva eTMF) is highly preferred
  • Deep expertise in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and cloud infrastructure
  • Strong capability to design, craft, deploy, and sustain complex API integrations and data pipelines
  • Strong interest or demonstrated experience in integrating AI/ML capabilities or GenAI tools into enterprise workflows
  • Good understanding of cybersecurity and secure software development practices
  • Ability to identify and proactively address technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and architectural challenges
  • Solid understanding of software quality management and performance metrics
  • Knowledge of Agile and Lean Programming (LEAP) methodologies
  • Ability to translate complex technical trade-offs to non-technical business stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model with 2 days per week in the Poznań or Warsaw office
