About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Inform and train nurses and physicians on the use of B-cell and IL-6 therapies, including preparation, administration, and complication management
  • Advise medical practices and clinics on optimizing workflow processes related to neuroimmunology products
  • Support the implementation of CE-certified medical devices, such as Brisa, to support therapy delivery
  • Plan and develop local user meetings and best-practice-sharing initiatives
  • Facilitate workshops
  • Identify customer needs in the field and contribute insights to the Disease Area Squad
  • Collaborate with Customer Pacing Functions, Medical, Marketing, and Patient Partnership
  • Support the development of account plans

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed training as a registered nurse, medical assistant, or comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience, with at least 4 years
  • Ideally, experience in neurology
  • Experience with multiple sclerosis treatment, particularly in caring for patients with MS
  • Experience managing medical practice workflows and training nursing staff (practice instructor)
  • Proficient in the use of peripheral intravenous cannulas
  • Experience administering infusion therapies and managing complications
  • Knowledge of quality management (QMS) and training as a medical device representative are an advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, a solution-oriented approach, initiative, and team spirit
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace/MS Office
  • Good command of English
  • Willingness to travel extensively
  • Valid driver’s license
