About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage Top Therapy Area Expert relationships and legitimate needs end to end
- Understand account ecosystems, stakeholders, influencers, decision makers, and patient profiles
- Contribute to understanding patient journeys and customer buying processes
- Map patient journeys and co-create patient-centric solutions with customers
- Develop end-to-end account relationships and shared value partnerships
- Serve as the point of contact for brand and therapy-related HCP queries
- Drive adoption of Roche innovations
- Contribute to patient and business impact and cluster P&L
- Implement commercial contracts in assigned accounts
- Build sustainable relationships with customers, partners, stakeholders, and influencers
- Co-create solutions and relevant value propositions for account-specific hurdles
- Provide account insights to the launch excellence team
- Create value propositions and support faster new product/SKU inclusion
- Manage projections, forecasting, and inventory for key accounts
- Share account performance trends with the cluster team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Relevant experience in the Ophthalmology landscape or specialty background
- Relevant graduate qualification required; post-graduation preferred
- More than 8 years’ experience, with 4+ years in Healthcare/Pharmaceutical or similar preferred
- Thorough understanding of designing and implementing patient support programs
- Proven project/program management expertise
- Strong collaboration and networking skills
- Process orientation and alliance management
- English language knowledge, written and verbal, preferred
- Knowledge of local language is an advantage
- Willingness to relocate
