About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide remote assay performance support for the Serum Work Area portfolio of instruments and solutions
  • Troubleshoot complex analytical and system issues remotely
  • Deliver product and technical training for customers and internal colleagues
  • Manage and document customer inquiries and complaints in accordance with corporate Quality System regulations
  • Collaborate with Field Teams and Sales Managers to improve customer satisfaction and retention
  • Participate in complaint reviews, trend analyses, and performance metric tracking
  • Support commercial teams during tender processes with instrument demonstrations and technical responses
  • Attend initial and periodic training at European and other designated locations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in Biomedical Science or an equivalent scientific field
  • Practical experience within a diagnostic industry or clinical hospital laboratory environment
  • Strong focus on Clinical Chemistry or Immunology
  • Troubleshooting mindset and ability to approach complex laboratory problems methodically
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to exceed expectations, share knowledge, and work effectively in a multicultural environment
  • Fully fluent in written and spoken Danish and English
