About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Scope, plan, and execute project roadmaps to ensure business solutions are adopted and drive value within agreed timelines
- Apply consistent project delivery standards and manage day-to-day delivery mechanics, cross-functional coordination, and deliverable development
- Capture, track, and proactively mitigate operational, timeline, and execution risks
- Maintain accurate program documentation
- Prepare data updates and progress metrics for executive governance bodies
- Design and deploy solution adoption frameworks across impacted business units
- Perform impact assessments and map user journeys
- Address adoption barriers and incorporate end-user input into project planning
- Create communication plans and equip functional leaders with narratives and tools to coach teams through transitions
- Support systems, process, and ways of working initiatives rather than molecule or drug development programs
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experienced professional with a demonstrated track record of rigorous program and project execution and change management in the Biotech/Pharma landscape
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional delivery and embedding business or operational solutions in clinical development, medical affairs, or technology sectors
- Strong background in change management, including stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, adoption planning, and resistance management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex project information into clear narratives for diverse audiences
- Collaborative mindset with strong influence and connection skills
- Ability to gain alignment, navigate ambiguity, and foster trust and inclusion
- Continuous, curious learner who seeks feedback and applies modern project and change management methodologies
- Experience or skills in data and technology applications within biotech, pharma, or life sciences highly valued
