About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Prepare and lead FIT-to-Template assessments and scoping workshops for Financial Compliance
  • Liaise with local affiliate Finance stakeholders on Financial Compliance implementation requirements
  • Assess localization requirements for Authorization
  • Execute testing activities during deployment, including UT, SAT, UAT, and REG
  • Provide Go-Live and hypercare support, including month-end closing
  • Ensure template governance within the project
  • Manage change control in line with GBPMs, GBPOs, and the overall Finance governance concept
  • Contribute to Roche’s ASPIRE multi-year program deploying future ERP solutions based on SAP S/4HANA and cloud/on-premise technology platforms

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
  • 5+ years of related business experience or equivalent Project Management skills in SAP Authorization
  • Broad knowledge of business processes, policies, and programs
  • Strong project management, business partner management, communication, and change management skills
  • Experience in Agile Project Methodologies is a plus
  • Strong people skills and ability to interact consultatively with staff at all organizational levels
  • Proficiency in English
  • Current resume (CV) or Workday profile
