About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as the primary operational liaison between Roche Diagnostics Saudi Arabia, NUPCO, the Ministry of Health (MOH), and third-party logistics (3PL) providers
Drive end-to-end customer fulfillment and streamline order-to-cash (O2C) processes
Build direct relationships with key public stakeholders
Act as the primary point of contact for NUPCO and MOH supply chain and warehouses
Establish regular operational reviews with NUPCO Supply Chain on tender fulfillment and delivery schedules
Represent Roche Diagnostics Saudi Arabia in operational forums and resolve fulfillment bottlenecks and delivery disputes
Partner with the Head of Sales MOH for tender business while maintaining Supply Chain accountability
Establish and lead Tender S&OP/governance with MOH Sales
Align on tender pipeline visibility, demand assumptions, supply feasibility, inventory readiness, execution risks, and customer commitments
Ensure joint Supply Chain–Commercial decision-making through KPIs, documented assumptions, actions, and escalation mechanisms
Oversee the end-to-end order lifecycle for NUPCO/MOH tenders and purchase orders
Track and expedite issuance of Goods Received Notes (GRNs)
Manage NUPCO portal operations
Coordinate with local 3PL to ensure On-Time, In-Full (OTIF) deliveries
Monitor delivery windows and batch documentation to eliminate penalties and liquidated damages

Requirements

What you’ll need

BSc degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
7+ years of work experience in supply chain, customer fulfillment, or logistics operations within the Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, or Diagnostics/MedTech sector in Saudi Arabia
Knowledge of the Healthcare ecosystem in Saudi Arabia
Direct work experience with NUPCO, MOH procurement workflows, and SFDA
Advanced people management, people development, coaching and mentoring skills
Advanced interpersonal, communication, influencing, and relationship building skills
Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
