About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the end-to-end experience for internal case managers and appraisers, claimants, partner law firms, carriers, body shops, dealerships, and rental companies
Identify process friction by sitting with case managers, listening to claimant calls, and reading firm feedback
Own the self-service roadmap covering intake, status tracking, document upload, messaging, and a support center
Own the AI-agent roadmap across qualification, loss of use, total loss, diminished value, and outbound carrier follow-up
Build working prototypes in tools such as Replit, test them with real users, and turn findings into engineering specifications
Partner with engineering to write requirements, make tradeoffs, run sprints, productize successful solutions, and own rollouts
Define and monitor metrics including cycle time, touches per file, response times, and satisfaction
Shape the case management system from MVP toward agents that execute work independently
Work with automotive-tech and legal-tech partners to scope, build, and launch integrations
Take product process ownership from the founder and establish the company's product discipline

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years in product management, or adjacent experience (operations, engineering, design, or founding something) where the candidate shipped software people actually used
Insurance, legal, legaltech, or insurtech background strongly preferred
Understanding of claims, or ability to learn them fast
Experience building prototypes themselves in tools like Replit, Lovable, or Cursor and using them to get real feedback before writing a spec
Experience shipping with engineering teams and outside partners
Ability to talk credibly about APIs, data models, and what makes an integration hard to build
Experience working on AI or agentic products, or building with LLMs independently and being able to demonstrate it
User-focused product approach
Clear writing for specs, tickets, and updates
Willingness to learn product from a founder and take on substantial scope
Based in Atlanta preferred; the company wants the candidate in the room
