About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the clinician performance management program, including communications, refinements, and metric tracking
  • Design, maintain, and run clinical excellence and quality programs
  • Manage clinical leads, including selection, hiring, training, coaching calibration, shadowing, and live observation
  • Support complex client cases and client situation escalations using clinical expertise
  • Partner with Strategy & Operations on clinician-facing product rollouts, communications, adoption tracking, and feedback synthesis
  • Serve as the operational bridge between clinical strategy and clinician-facing execution
  • Help scale clinical quality operations as the organization grows from 500 to 1,000+ clinicians

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Independently licensed Psychologist
  • PhD or PsyD
  • 5+ years of post-licensure experience providing Autism assessments as an independently licensed clinician
  • 2+ years in operations, program management, or a similar execution-heavy role at a fast-paced startup
  • 2+ years as a lead, supervisor, or manager with direct responsibility for team performance and development
  • Ability to scope initiatives, build timelines, coordinate stakeholders, and drive launches independently
  • Ability to interpret and synthesize dashboard data into program improvements
  • Working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Strong execution orientation and ability to build repeatable processes
  • Strong clinical judgment for complex cases and ambiguous situations
