Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3 or more years of experience in Learning & Development, Enablement, Change Management, Communications, Organizational Development, or related fields
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills
  • Experience designing and delivering training or enablement programs
  • Ability to simplify technical concepts and make them practical for business users
  • Experience with AI, Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, Salesforce, change management, or digital transformation initiatives is highly desirable
