About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Understand and develop assigned territory to maximize and grow revenue and profits by selling ICT product solutions (iTRAK, Magnemotion, Anorad) to existing customers and acquiring new business
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of ICT products through required sales training and use this knowledge to sell ICT product solutions to new and existing customers
  • Create and execute territory sales plans meeting or exceeding sales quotas and supporting revenue and profit targets
  • Meet regularly with existing customers and prospects to understand evolving business needs and position products accordingly
  • Meet with Business Leads, Solution Consultants, and Distributors to drive sales
  • Work with internal support departments including product management, engineering, quality, and customer care to support existing customers
  • Attend conferences and professional association meetings to promote ICT products and generate brand awareness
  • Report to the Sales Manager for the Independent Cart Technology Business Unit within the Motion group
  • Travel up to 50% in territory, mostly weekday travel

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience
  • Legal authorization to work in the US is required
  • Ability to travel, including internationally, up to 50% of time
  • Typically requires 5+ years of relevant experience in industrial automation with focus on motion and mechatronics
  • Engaged with OEMS and End Users in Food and Beverage, Life Sciences, Automotive assembly, or Semiconductor industries is an added benefit
