About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead transformational change across a global network of fulfillment centers by driving standardization, operational excellence, and strategic project execution
Develop standards, procedures, best practices, training programs, and audit routines for fulfillment centers
Manage two to three major transformation projects concurrently, including scope definition, milestone planning, resource alignment, risk management, communication, implementation, and project closure
Lead project intake, prioritization, and governance activities
Maintain visibility to scope, status, risks, dependencies, decision rights, and escalations across initiatives
Define and measure value realization across cost, service, productivity, and throughput metrics
Partner with analysts to validate and report project outcomes
Coordinate with operations, Customer Care, Planning, Quality, IT, Analytics, and third-party logistics partners
Drive alignment, remove roadblocks, and deliver leadership-ready recommendations
Report to the Global Fulfillment Center of Excellence Manager

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field
Legal authorization to work in the U.S.; Rockwell Automation will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening
Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, distribution, or fulfillment operations
At least 3 years of experience managing cross-functional projects or programs with responsibility for scope, schedule, and benefit realization
Demonstrated success leading multiple concurrent initiatives within a matrixed environment where project resources do not directly report to the project leader
Experience with warehouse systems and automation programs including WMS, dimensioning and weight capture, robotics, palletizing, network design, or transportation optimization
Experience with Lean or Six Sigma process improvement methodologies
Project management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2
Experience utilizing project execution tools including initiative charters, milestone reviews, issue tracking, dependency management, and change control
Fluency with SAP transactional data and Power BI reporting
Experience working across North America, EMEA, and AP fulfillment operations
