About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Participate in the EDGE Integrated Supply Chain and Operations Leadership Development Program
  • Complete four six-month rotations and one year-long capstone rotation
  • Gain cross-functional experience within the Integrated Supply Chain organization
  • Complete rotations in planning and materials; quality and manufacturing engineering; operations engineering; strategic sourcing or logistics
  • Complete a twelve-month capstone in plant supervision
  • Complete three of five rotations in the core category and one of five in the business elective category
  • Develop skills in AI-enabled process improvement, data analysis, project management and people leadership
  • Participate in individualized mentoring and ongoing development conversations with the program manager
  • Take on increasing responsibility, accountability and visibility
  • Relocate to at least one new US-based site during the program
  • Report to the ISC Program Manager
  • Graduate into an individual contributor, technically focused, or supervisor role based on performance

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited university
  • Availability to relocate multiple times throughout the program
  • Legal authorization to work in the US is required
  • We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening
  • GPA of 3.0 or above
  • Graduating before (within 3 years of) January 2027
  • Major in mechanical, industrial, manufacturing engineering, supply chain management, or similar
  • Previous applicable co-op or intern experience
  • Ability to communicate to multiple levels, including senior leadership
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, produce excellent work results and follow-through on commitments
  • High level of analytical and problem-solving skills including an attention to detail
