About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own sub-region revenue, standard margin, and billable hours of the direct team
  • Drive market expansion of COR offerings within existing accounts
  • Develop and execute sub-region business plans aligned with North America LCS strategy
  • Conduct financial forecasting, resource planning, and business performance reviews
  • Maximize LCS account share and success of the entire LCS portfolio
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and delivery performance across COR LCS engagements
  • Lead escalation management and resolution of significant delivery or customer issues
  • Drive adherence to delivery methodologies, quality standards, ASP requirements, and in-market delivery models
  • Lead through subordinate managers and functional leaders
  • Develop workforce capabilities, succession plans, leadership pipelines, staffing strategy, and resource allocation
  • Drive employee engagement, mentoring, coaching, and career development
  • Partner with commercial and sales teams to identify and capture growth opportunities
  • Support strategic account planning, Win Strategy processes, and customer engagement activities
  • Expand service penetration and lifecycle value within existing customer relationships
  • Ensure compliance with delivery quality standards and operational governance requirements
  • Drive productivity plans and balance skills, volume, customer demand, and workforce capacity
  • Leverage shared resources for efficient project execution
  • Report to the Delivery Director, Lifecycle Services

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
  • 8+ years of leadership experience in industrial automation
  • Experience leading through subordinate managers and indirect organizations within a large enterprise
  • Strong financial management and business operations expertise
  • Proven capability to drive organizational performance through metrics and accountability
  • Strong customer relationship and executive engagement skills
  • Ability to influence across matrixed organizations
  • Strong strategic planning and execution capabilities
