About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the definition, prioritization, and execution of product and platform investments across one or more Agile Release Trains (ARTs) in the Power and Motion Business Portfolio
  • Serve as the primary connection between business strategy, customer needs, and engineering execution
  • Translate market opportunities and stakeholder requirements into actionable development roadmaps and features
  • Collaborate with commercial, engineering, manufacturing, quality, and program leadership teams to guide investment decisions and ensure customer and business value delivery
  • Develop and own the feature backlog and roadmap for product development projects
  • Align Product Requirement Documents (PRD) with Agile Release Train feature backlogs
  • Set implementation direction and balance priorities with internal and development stakeholders
  • Coordinate implementation plans with aligned products and external business-segment stakeholders
  • Break down implementation barriers and coordinate issue resolution with necessary stakeholders
  • Guide development teams toward predictable, high-quality objectives by responding to issues and making quick decisions
  • Develop familiarity with product, technology, R&D, and market factors to collaborate across technical and commercial teams
  • Manage several simultaneous projects related to Agile Release Train efficiency
  • Assist Commercial Business Management and Product Management with assigned responsibilities supporting global business unit and department goals
  • Assist the business in implementing and achieving global business unit product strategy and Annual Operating Plan
  • Partner with Product Management to resolve complex internal and external customer problems and deliver cost-effective quality solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree in Relevant Field
  • Legal authorization to work in the US is required
  • Rockwell Automation will not sponsor individuals for employment visas now or in the future for this job opening
  • Willing to travel up to 10%
  • Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies and techniques
  • Knowledge of, or experience with industrial automation products, including VFDs, motion control systems, motor control technologies, or related software products
  • Familiarity with Rockwell Automation drive, motion, or software product portfolios is highly desired
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across commercial, product management, engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams
  • Demonstrated experience working within a matrix environment to achieve multiple simultaneous goals
  • Ability to communicate complex sets of information in simple ways to multiple levels of stakeholders
  • Understanding of business profit and loss responsibility
