About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver pricing and quotation support for sales activities
- Assist with seller queries and direct them to appropriate departments
- Provide first-level support for internal processes and tools
- Liaise with sales, internal teams, and customers
- Help document and establish new processes for the region
- Streamline sales operations through seller-query support, issue resolution, and commercial support
- Establish processes and best practices for the team
- Support internal stakeholders and external customers
- Collaborate with sales, internal operations teams, and customers to build and adopt global standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor Degree or Equivalent
- At least 5 years' experience on Sales or Sales Administration Support
- Experience working closely with a sales or business development team (preferred)
- Experience supporting a team regionally or globally (preferred)
