About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage commercial activities across the region by visiting clients and conducting sales negotiations in accordance with company guidelines and available operational capacity
- Lead business meetings and conduct regular follow-ups with clients and partners
- Oversee the entire sales and post-sales cycle, from prospecting through post-purchase support
- Plan, organize, and participate in events, promotional activities, and relationship-building initiatives
- Promote the company’s products, solutions, and brands to generate business opportunities and strengthen its regional presence
- Manage the client and partner portfolio, monitoring sales and retention metrics
- Develop improvement projects for the region
- Support the onboarding and development of new business partners through training, performance monitoring, and the sharing of best practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree
- Own vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- Willingness and availability to travel
- Knowledge of financial services, preferably consortium-based purchasing plans, is desirable
- Previous experience in banks, automotive dealerships, or other financial institutions is desirable
