About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the technical reference for the administration, support, and evolution of hybrid infrastructure environments (On-Premises and Cloud), ensuring high availability, security, performance, and scalability
Design, implement, and administer complex server, operating system, and infrastructure component solutions, including Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP, antivirus, File Server, Print Server, WSUS, and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)
Define and implement infrastructure architectures in multicloud environments (Azure, AWS, and Oracle Cloud)
Monitor and analyze performance, capacity, availability, and security indicators, proposing continuous improvements and preventive actions
Respond to critical incidents and complex problems, conducting root cause analyses and implementing permanent corrective actions
Plan and execute highly complex changes in production environments, ensuring control, governance, quality, and minimized impact
Lead strategic infrastructure and digital transformation projects, including technical design, schedules, deliverables, and validation
Define standards, processes, technical documentation, and best practices for administering infrastructure and cloud environments
Propose and lead automation, observability, and technology modernization initiatives
Support Junior and Mid-Level professionals through mentoring, technical reviews, knowledge sharing, and team development
Work with vendors, manufacturers, and partner teams to define technical strategies and resolve complex problems
Ensure compliance with corporate policies, regulatory requirements, governance, information security, business continuity, and compliance standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields
Postgraduate degree or specialization in Infrastructure, Cloud Computing, Solution Architecture, or related fields is a plus
Analytical profile and strategic vision
Technical leadership and influencing skills
Strong ownership and results-oriented mindset
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive approach to identifying and resolving problems
Ability to make decisions in critical and highly complex environments
Focus on continuous improvement and technological innovation
Extensive experience administering and architecting corporate infrastructure environments
Advanced knowledge of IT architecture, hybrid environments, and multicloud solutions (Azure, AWS, and Oracle Cloud)
Advanced administration of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, File Server, Print Server, WSUS, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), and related services
Experience designing and implementing high-availability, business continuity, and disaster recovery solutions
Advanced knowledge of networking, virtualization, storage, information security, and environment monitoring
Experience providing technical leadership for infrastructure and technology transformation projects
Extensive experience managing critical incidents, performing root cause analysis, and resolving complex problems
Knowledge of infrastructure automation, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), DevOps, and SRE practices
Experience with automation and scripting tools (PowerShell, Terraform, Ansible, or similar)
Knowledge of IT governance, ITIL, change management processes, and risk management
Microsoft, Azure, AWS, Oracle Cloud, VMware, ITIL, or similar certifications are a plus
Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and Modern Workplace certifications are a plus
Experience with Kubernetes, containers, and observability platforms is a plus
Experience in enterprise architecture and legacy environment modernization is a plus
Knowledge of FinOps, Cloud Governance, and Cloud Security is a plus
