About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own demand forecasting, replenishment and ordering for assigned categories
- Manage supplier operational performance and ensure SLA compliance, including OTIF, shrink, ASN accuracy and lead times
- Collaborate with Category Managers, Fulfillment Operations and Finance to balance availability, cost and inventory health
- Support automation and system improvements to reduce manual ordering
- Resolve supplier and inventory issues before they impact customers
- Track and act on forecast accuracy, shrink and availability metrics
- Own day-to-day supply chain performance for assigned categories and suppliers
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, replenishment, inventory management or a similar role
- Strong analytical mindset and communication skills
- Advanced Excel skills
- Familiarity with BI tools is a plus
- Experience in FMCG, grocery retail or e-commerce is an advantage
- Knowledge of ERP or WMS systems is a plus
- Fluent Czech/Slovak
- Advanced English
