Key responsibilities & impact

Support client engagement success and internal initiatives through end-to-end project management across multiple concurrent projects
Develop project plans and timelines, coordinate resources and meetings, manage schedules and hours, track deliverables, and partner with client and internal stakeholders
Identify project risks, issues, dependencies, and potential roadblocks and proactively develop solutions
Establish clear roles, responsibilities, milestones, and expectations throughout the project lifecycle
Facilitate project meetings and document and communicate decisions, action items, and next steps
Monitor project progress and communicate changes, risks, or decisions affecting scope, timing, budget, or delivery
Coordinate multiple concurrent projects while maintaining attention to detail, quality, and deadlines
Support internal initiatives by coordinating cross-functional teams, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
Maintain accurate project documentation and information in project management and business systems
Support project forecasting, resource planning, and professional services operational activities
Conduct project closeouts and identify lessons learned and opportunities to improve future delivery
Contribute to project management processes, tools, and best practices
Build rapport, trust, and respect with clients and colleagues; deliver results and provide an excellent client experience

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree (four-year college or technical school) required
Project management certification, such as PMP, CAPM or equivalent preferred
4+ years managing complex projects from initiation through completion
3+ years in professional services or client-facing environment preferred
Experience working across cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders at multiple levels
Experience managing multiple concurrent clients and/or internal projects
Experience in event project management and design/creative project management and deliverables a plus
Proficient in project management platforms such as Smartsheet, Asana, Wrike, Monday.com, or equivalent
Proficient with Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneNote) and/or Google Workspace
Proficient with Zoom
Ability to learn new technology applications quickly
Demonstrated experience using AI tools and assistants such as Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini or ChatGPT
Comfortable using AI-native features within project management platforms
Ability to evaluate AI output critically, apply sound judgment, and adapt prompts to get accurate, useful results
