About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build, together with the sales team, the target account list and decision-maker map for each account
Design and execute account- or cluster-based ABM campaigns, including personalized content, email sequences, materials, gifts, invitations to exclusive events, and coordinated initiatives with SDRs
Track account progress in the CRM and report on engagement, meetings, and influenced pipeline
Oversee the end-to-end event experience and conduct structured post-event follow-up
Produce content at events
Measure the number of strategic accounts in attendance, meetings generated, and opportunities opened by each event
Prospect, negotiate, and manage partnerships with media outlets, industry associations, firms, consultancies, and event co-organizers
Structure the benefits, timelines, and deliverables for each partnership
Manage marketing agencies and vendors, controlling budgets and deadlines
Support email campaigns, LinkedIn content, landing pages, and webinars
Connect events, ABM, and partnerships to the full funnel and revenue generation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in B2B marketing
Track record of managing partners, agencies, or vendors, including negotiation and performance tracking
Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools
Comfortable interpreting funnel metrics
Availability for a hybrid work model in São Paulo and occasional travel to events
