About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Independently deliver HRIS module configurations and contribute to project delivery.
Liaise with client SMEs to gather business requirements and document functional specifications.
Advise clients on system design options and HRIS best practices.
Configure and test modules to meet client requirements.
Perform or support data migration activities.
Conduct end-to-end demos and UAT walkthroughs.
Collect and process client feedback to drive system changes.
Deliver end-user training on different modules.
Prepare BRDs, training materials, and project documentation.
Resolve post-implementation issues within agreed SLAs.
Implement minor enhancements based on client feedback.
Lead workshops, extract insights, communicate clearly with stakeholders, manage responsibilities, review work carefully, balance client requests with solution feasibility, and analyze root causes to propose solutions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
2–4 years of HRIS Implementation / Support / End User experience.
Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and UAT.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and self-management skills.
SAP SuccessFactors Certification (required).
