About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead end-to-end delivery of HRIS modules as a subject matter expert.
- Manage complex client engagements and day-to-day client relationships.
- Mentor junior team members and informally lead small project teams.
- Lead requirements workshops and design functional solutions for complex scenarios.
- Configure HRIS modules according to best practices and optimize solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor and proactively identify and resolve project risks and client concerns.
- Oversee SIT and UAT cycles and ensure quality signoffs on deliverables.
- Review junior team members' configuration for accuracy and completeness.
- Document and share module best practices and lessons learned.
- Independently apply cross-module knowledge and design scalable, integrated solution architectures.
- Guide clients through ambiguity and change, educate clients, and propose improvements aligned with their goals.
- Align stakeholders, manage expectations, flag risks, and ensure timely delivery.
- Drive change with a positive mindset and resilience.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
- 4–7 years of HRIS experience; minimum 3 full-cycle implementations.
- Deep expertise in one or more HRIS modules (Core HR, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Payroll etc).
- Strong communication, leadership, and client management skills.
- Workday Core HCM Certification (required).
