About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own day-to-day account execution and relationship management across a named portfolio of enterprise partners
  • Manage executive, regional, and hospital relationships to drive platform adoption, shift coverage, and retention
  • Own regional and hospital relationships across the portfolio
  • Support executive relationships through QBRs by preparing narratives, coordinating stakeholders, tracking action items, and ensuring follow-through
  • Lead activation and onboarding through group sessions and efficient hospital activation
  • Drive adoption and engagement by coaching hospital teams on posting recommendations, best practices, and recurring blocker resolution
  • Monitor account health using usage data to identify churn risk, engagement decline, and growth opportunities
  • Coordinate with local Roo representatives and internal stakeholders to deliver responsive support
  • Execute retention plans to prevent churn and increase long-term value
  • Bring partner feedback into strategic planning and internal roadmaps
  • Co-own Net Revenue Retention outcomes for named accounts
  • Ensure hospitals consistently post and fill shifts on Roo
  • Identify risks early and conduct re-engagement before performance declines become churn
  • Deliver coordinated and reliable partner support across complex multi-market issues

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years in account management, customer experience, customer success, or multi-location client support
  • Strong relationship-building skills balancing advocacy, accountability, and education
  • Comfortable operating with autonomy in a dynamic environment
  • Organized and execution-focused, able to prioritize and deliver through ambiguity
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Veterinary hospital operations experience is required
  • Willingness to travel 30–50% for partner meetings, onboarding support, and industry events
