About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own a dedicated book of veterinarians as their primary relationship partner inside Roo, with retention and revenue goals
  • Retain, engage, and grow shift volume for assigned veterinarians through proactive relationship management
  • Diagnose engagement drops using booking and activity data and determine appropriate interventions
  • Act as liaison between veterinarians and Roo teams to resolve issues, share feedback, and promote advocacy
  • Build community connections through one-to-one conversations, local veterinary events, and conference programming
  • Use CRM tools to track engagement and steer weekly priorities from data
  • Represent Roo at vet events, community programming, and conferences

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years in account management, customer success, or sales
  • Proven relationship builder with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in CRM and data analysis tools (HubSpot, Zendesk)
  • Organized, adaptable, and self-directed; able to manage multiple priorities and build your own week
  • Experience in veterinary staffing or healthcare services preferred
  • Territory supported will be West Coast based (CA)
  • Regular, predictable travel, including quarterly vet dinners, occasional regional CE events, and one to two national conferences per year
