About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Capture and qualify leads at events and remotely via phone and email
  • Represent Roofr at industry trade shows, conferences, and local events
  • Engage potential customers and showcase Roofr's solutions
  • Execute daily calls, emails, and social selling activities
  • Conduct on-the-spot helicopter demos
  • Work partner-referred leads within a defined speed-to-lead SLA
  • Connect with and qualify inbound leads
  • Build rapport with multiple levels of buyers
  • Communicate how Roofr can address prospect needs
  • Partner with Roofr Partner Reps and Account Executives to hand off qualified opportunities
  • Confirm demo attendance, follow up with no-shows, and re-book or re-qualify prospects
  • Track and improve booked-to-attended conversion rate
  • Document use cases, purchase timeframes, and next steps
  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas
  • Manage customer expectations and contribute to customer satisfaction
  • Provide pipeline forecasting and maintain data hygiene
  • Help define and improve sales processes, strategies, and tactics
  • Help customers navigate Roofr's tools

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous experience attending industry events or trade shows in a similar role
  • 2+ years of experience in a related SDR role
  • Experience in B2B SaaS sales
  • Self-starter, highly detail-oriented, quick learner, and able to think on your feet
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a creative problem-solving approach
  • Ability to take feedback, make adjustments, and handle objections
  • Comfortable on the phone and strong email writing skills
  • Familiarity with sales tools: HubSpot, Aircall, Intercom, or equivalents
  • Ability and willingness to perform manual labor, including carrying boxes and setting up booths
  • Valid driver's license
  • Roofing and/or construction experience is a plus
  • Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus
