About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead end-to-end design for growth initiatives across web and mobile experiences
  • Design and execute experiments such as A/B tests to optimize onboarding, activation, and cross-platform adoption
  • Use qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions and improve user experiences
  • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity mockups, and other design deliverables
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, data scientists, and other stakeholders
  • Contribute ideas and learnings to Roofr’s experimentation pipeline
  • Raise design quality through feedback sessions, critiques, and collaboration
  • Build AI-enhanced workflows and use AI to improve productivity

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 6+ years of demonstrable experience in growth-focused product design
  • Ability to balance user needs with business goals while delivering high-quality designs efficiently
  • Strong portfolio showcasing data-informed UX/UI design with measurable business impact
  • Proficiency in cross-platform design for web and mobile using tools like Figma and AI-enabled workflows
  • Experience conducting user research, including interviews or usability tests, and synthesizing findings into actionable insights
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to articulate design concepts clearly to stakeholders
  • Hypothesis-driven mindset and comfort navigating ambiguity in a dynamic startup environment
  • Strong visual design skills with attention to detail
  • AI-forward productivity practices and product thinking
  • Bonus: Experience designing for CRM or similar SaaS platforms
  • Bonus: AI-enabled workflows using skills, agentic workflows, and integrated tools such as Claude integrations
  • Bonus: Familiarity with design systems and Storybook components
