About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead marketing for the UK, Ireland, and BeNeLux region, reporting to the Head of Regional Marketing
  • Set regional marketing strategy, targets, channels, budget, and calendar with the commercial lead
  • Run full-funnel campaigns across paid social, search, email, events, and partners
  • Adapt global campaigns for regional markets and deliver qualified leads to Sales
  • Track marketing spend, optimize performance, and demonstrate return on investment
  • Build co-marketing initiatives with partners and associations to generate leads
  • Create thought leadership, guides, and stories for regional audiences
  • Collaborate with the web team to improve visibility in search and AI tools
  • Represent marketing in regional sales, customer, and partner teams
  • Bring market insights back to the business and represent the brand at events, in the press, and online
  • Use AI for research, analysis, testing, content, and automation
  • Turn successful campaigns into playbooks and coach fellow regional marketers

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience
  • At least 3 years in regional or field marketing roles with ownership of pipeline targets
  • Experience building multi-market go-to-market plans across demand generation, paid marketing, partnerships, content, events, and ABM
  • Strong background in marketing analytics, experimentation, attribution, and campaign optimization
  • Experience managing a marketing budget and articulating ROI using sourced and influenced pipeline, CAC, and payback
  • Experience collaborating with Sales and SDRs, defining MQL criteria, and building handover processes
  • Regular use of AI tools in day-to-day marketing work
  • Excellent project and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable working across regions and with senior stakeholders, ideally in a matrixed or global company
  • High level of ownership and willingness to test and learn
  • Willingness to travel regularly across the region
  • Fluent in English (C2 proficiency)
  • HubSpot experience, hotel tech, travel tech or SaaS experience, and additional languages such as Dutch or Spanish are nice to have
