About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute proactive sourcing strategies across corporate, engineering, IT, and electrical construction disciplines
- Serve as a first responder for critical, hard-to-fill, executive, niche, and volume hiring searches
- Build and deliver qualified shortlists using advanced sourcing methodologies, market mapping, and competitive intelligence
- Collaborate with business leaders, HRBPs, and Talent Acquisition leadership to assess talent needs and influence hiring strategies
- Own full-cycle sourcing from research and outreach through screening and candidate presentation
- Build and maintain talent maps and industry research for immediate searches and long-term workforce planning
- Translate market insights into actionable recruiting strategies
- Identify new talent pools, emerging market trends, and competitor movements
- Mentor sourcers and Talent Acquisition partners on sourcing best practices, tools, and Boolean methodology
- Partner with executive and senior business leadership to deliver tailored sourcing strategies
- Advise Talent Acquisition Partners with market data, sourcing plans, and candidate intelligence
- Collaborate with TA Programs, Recruiting Systems, and Employer Branding
- Drive sourcing innovation through automation, AI, and recruiting technologies
- Help refine the SWAT model and scale elite sourcing support across business units
- Track performance metrics, share outcomes, and report on sourcing initiatives, impact, and ROI
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 10+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition or sourcing
- 4+ years focused on specialized, technical, or executive-level recruiting
- Proven track record sourcing for engineering, information technology, corporate, and construction roles
- Advanced expertise in Boolean search, talent mapping, and competitive intelligence
- Strong business acumen
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable presenting market insights to executives
- Proficiency in sourcing and CRM tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, HireEZ, Entelo, or comparable platforms
- Commitment to fostering inclusive sourcing practices and building diverse talent pipelines
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment and thrive under pressure in fast-moving, high-priority scenarios
- Ability to perform work involving sitting, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, and bending
- Occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs.
