About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide project management support to the Project team
- Provide general administrative support as needed
- Recap and track Potential Change Orders (PCOs)
- Price material vouchers
- Write and track Requests for Information (RFIs)
- Track certified payroll for Rosendin and subcontractors and complete required forms, including HRC forms and OCIP Compliance
- Update project schedules using Microsoft Project or SureTrack
- Prepare monthly billing, including Schedule of Values and cover sheet
- Create and update material flow sheets, including fixtures and fire alarm devices
- Maintain subcontract/change order logs and submittal logs
- Obtain vendor quotes and perform light material ordering
- Perform other duties assigned based on the position’s role within the business unit
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate degree in Business Management, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 1–2 years’ project management support experience, preferably in a construction environment
- Experience in the construction industry
- Knowledge and ability to read blueprints
- Knowledge of materials and pricing using Biddle Book
- Knowledge of project management procedures
- Working knowledge of scheduling software
- Computer, filing, and 10-key skills required
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Strong organizational, record-keeping, and follow-up skills
- High level of discretion and interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential matters and documentation
- Proficient in Microsoft Project and SureTrack
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Oracle and SharePoint experience preferred
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and changing priorities
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing requirements
- Oral and written communication skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and effective team player
- Ability to interact effectively and professionally with employees, management, vendors, clients, and others
- Willingness/ability to work in the described general work environment and occasionally lift up to 30 lbs.
