Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage large-sized, advanced-complexity projects as a subject matter expert
  • Create detailed project plans, collaborate with team members, track progress, communicate with stakeholders, and monitor project timelines and budgets
  • Answer client queries and address technical and contract questions
  • Identify new business opportunities among existing customers
  • Liaise with cross-functional internal teams to improve customer experience
  • Serve as subject matter expert for customer project management matters
  • Review work orders and service agreements
  • Build and maintain client relationships
  • Create agendas and guide kickoff meeting presentations
  • Anticipate concerns affecting timely and successful solution delivery
  • Foster new business opportunities and identify areas for improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Manage multi-year forecasts and track account metrics
  • Contribute to and present program metrics for client business reviews
  • Maintain relationships with the Business Development team to identify and grow opportunities
  • Assist with challenging requests and issue escalations
  • Manage ongoing customer site requirements
  • Act as the internal point of contact and own the proposal process
  • Review and prepare Cost-at-Completion accounting for internal review
  • Mentor junior program managers on the Cost-at-Completion process
  • Manage multiple high-complexity activities and deadlines
  • Negotiate and create project change orders for internal approval
  • Represent the company and project in meetings with clients and subcontractors
  • Maintain customer forecast understanding and align with Production and Continuous Improvement teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Project Management or other related discipline preferred
  • PMP license a plus
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in program management, preferably in an industrialized construction role
  • Expert knowledge of construction technology, scheduling, equipment and methods required
  • Business development/heavy client interaction a plus
  • Can be a combination of training, education and relevant work experience that is equivalent
  • Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Power BI and Oracle experience preferred
  • Thorough understanding of Rosendin safety protocols and procedures
  • Ability to understand, develop, follow, and enforce standard operating policies and procedures
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and changing priorities
  • Ability to work under time pressure and adapt to changing requirements
  • Ability to interact effectively and professionally with employees, management, vendors, clients, and others
  • Ability to travel 0–10%
