About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage large-sized, highly complex Energy projects as a subject matter expert
- Create detailed project plans and collaborate with team members while tracking progress, timelines, and budget
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders and answer client queries
- Address technical and contract questions and identify new business opportunities among existing customers
- Liaise with cross-functional internal teams to improve the customer experience
- Review and understand work orders and service agreements
- Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships
- Lead kickoff meeting presentations for fulfillment-team stakeholders
- Anticipate concerns affecting timely and successful solution delivery
- Foster new business opportunities and identify areas for improvement to meet sales quotas
- Manage multi-year forecasts and track key account metrics
- Contribute to and present program metrics for client business reviews
- Maintain relationships with the Business Development team to identify and grow opportunities
- Assist with challenging requests and issue escalations
- Manage ongoing customer site requirements
- Act as the single point of contact and own the internal proposal process
- Review and prepare Cost-at-Completion (CAC) accounting for internal review
- Serve as a CAC subject matter expert and mentor junior program managers
- Manage multiple high-complexity activities, deadlines, and forward progress
- Negotiate and create project change orders for internal approval
- Represent the company and project in meetings with clients, subcontractors, and others
- Maintain customer forecast understanding and align with Production and Continuous Improvement teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Project Management or other related discipline preferred
- PMP license a plus
- Experience in program management, preferably in industrialized construction role
- Expert knowledge of construction technology, scheduling, equipment and methods required
- Minimum 7 years’ experience
- Business development/heavy client interaction a plus
- Can be a combination of training, education and relevant work
- Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Power BI and Oracle experience preferred
- Thorough understanding of Rosendin safety protocols and procedures
- Ability to understand, develop, follow, and enforce standard operating policies and procedures
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and changing priorities
- Ability to work under time pressure and adapt to changing requirements
- Ability to interact effectively and professionally with employees, management, vendors, clients, and others
- Up to 100% travel may be required
- Travel to remote sites away from urban centers; commutes may be more than 1 hour in each direction without traffic
- Occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs
