About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Report to the Manager of Talent Acquisition and partner with the Talent Acquisition Team to achieve recruitment objectives
  • Spearhead identification, engagement, and nurturing of top-tier talent
  • Own search planning, proactive outreach, initial candidate assessment, and continuous candidate flow
  • Create strong talent pipelines and perform name generation, talent mapping, and screening for target positions
  • Develop and execute search plans to identify qualified candidates
  • Partner with hiring managers and recruiters across regions to understand technical requirements, define candidate profiles, and calibrate talent needs
  • Lead sourcing strategies for passive technical and corporate talent
  • Engage passive candidates using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean strings, referrals, and campaigns
  • Provide regular pipeline updates to the recruitment team
  • Track and report recruiting metrics, including pipeline health, submittals, pass-through, and performance
  • Contact candidates by cold calling, texting, and emailing
  • Develop, implement, and execute recruiting pipelines for current openings and future needs
  • Conduct proactive web mining, outreach, and online/offline networking
  • Build relationships with the Talent Acquisition team and partner throughout the recruitment process
  • Network and deep dive into passive candidate networks across various markets
  • Handle confidential information professionally and maintain company confidentiality
  • Serve as a company ambassador and contribute to employer branding efforts
  • Create and maintain statistical and compliance reporting

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or other related discipline is preferred
  • Minimum 5 years’ sourcing, talent acquisition, or recruiting experience
  • Experience with ATS database navigation and mining; Workday preferred
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence candidates
  • Experience managing various funnels and levels of candidates and tracking their progress throughout the recruitment process
  • Must be lawfully authorized to work in the United States
  • Strong active and passive candidate sourcing skills
  • High level of discretion and interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential personnel matters and documentation
  • Strong organizational, record-keeping and follow-up skills
  • Attention to detail; strong analytical skills favored
  • Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.); Oracle a plus
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and changing priorities
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing requirements
  • Oral and written communication skills as required for the position
  • Self-motivated, proactive and effective team player
  • Ability to interact effectively and professionally with employees, management, vendors, clients, and others
