About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Participate in Rosendin’s paid 12-week Summer Internship Program
- Work alongside experienced safety professionals on active construction projects
- Support health, safety, and environmental programs, policies, and regulations
- Work closely with HSE Specialists and project teams
- Apply classroom learning in a fast-paced construction environment
- Contribute to safety initiatives and a strong safety culture
- Develop technical, professional, and leadership skills
- Work primarily on active construction sites with varying environmental conditions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree
- Graduation date of December 2027 or later
- Field aligned with Rosendin’s work, including Occupational Health & Safety or Public Health
- Rising junior or rising senior status strongly preferred
- Ability to spend significant time on active construction sites (approximately 80%)
- Prior construction or safety-related internship experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to perform standing, walking, sitting, typing, bending, and light lifting
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 30 lbs
