About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Participate in a paid 12-week Summer Internship Program
- Gain hands-on experience in the electrical construction industry

Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree with a graduation date of December 2027 or later
- Field aligned with Rosendin's work, including Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, BIM, Estimating & Preconstruction, or Procurement & Supply Chain
- Rising junior or rising senior status preferred
- Previous construction internship experience is a plus
- Interest in applying technical knowledge to real-world projects and challenges
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Proficiency in, or willingness to learn, Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) and other industry-related technologies
- Positive attitude and commitment to continuous learning
- Ability to work primarily on active construction sites
- Occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs
