About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Gain hands-on experience in the electrical construction industry through a paid 12-week summer internship
- Work on real projects alongside experienced professionals
- Explore project management, engineering, BIM, estimating and preconstruction, and procurement and supply chain
- Apply classroom learning while taking on meaningful responsibilities
- Contribute to active projects and take ownership of meaningful work
- Gain exposure to electrical construction systems, processes, and technologies

- Work primarily on active construction sites in varying indoor environmental conditions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree with a graduation date of December 2027 or later in a field aligned with Rosendin's work
- Rising junior or rising senior status preferred
- Construction Management or Construction Engineering, engineering disciplines, BIM, Estimating & Preconstruction, or Procurement & Supply Chain field of study
- Previous construction internship experience is a plus
- Interest in applying technical knowledge to real-world projects and challenges
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Proficiency in, or willingness to learn, Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) and other industry-related technologies
- Positive attitude and commitment to continuous learning
- Ability to work primarily on active construction sites
- Occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs.
