Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree with a graduation date of December 2027 or later in a field aligned with Rosendin's work
  • Rising junior or rising senior status preferred
  • Previous construction internship experience is a plus
  • Interest in applying technical knowledge to real-world projects and challenges
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in, or willingness to learn, Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) and other industry-related technologies
  • Positive attitude and commitment to continuous learning
  • Ability to work primarily on active construction sites
  • Occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs
