Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree with a graduation date of December 2027 or later in a field aligned with Rosendin's work
  • Rising junior or rising senior status preferred
  • Fields may include Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, BIM, Estimating & Preconstruction, or Procurement & Supply Chain
  • Previous construction internship experience is a plus
  • Interest in applying technical knowledge to real-world projects and challenges
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in, or willingness to learn, Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel, and other industry-related technologies
  • Positive attitude and commitment to continuous learning
  • Ability to perform active construction-site duties, including sitting, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, and bending
  • Occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs.
