Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree with a graduation date of December 2027 or later
  • Field aligned with Rosendin’s work, including Occupational Health & Safety or Public Health
  • Rising junior or rising senior status strongly preferred
  • Ability to spend significant time on active construction sites (approximately 80%)
  • Motivated to learn, seek feedback, take initiative, follow through, and deliver high-quality work
  • Ability to adapt in fast-paced environments and apply new knowledge
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and communicate clearly and professionally
  • Prior construction or safety-related internship experience is a plus, but not required
  • Ability to perform work involving standing, walking, sitting, typing, bending, and light lifting
  • Occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs
