About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage full-life-cycle recruitment from sourcing through offer acceptance
- Develop, implement, and execute recruiting programs and strategies
- Build relationships with leadership teams and serve as a recruiting partner
- Network, cold call, and source passive candidates across various markets
- Handle confidential information while maintaining employee privacy and company confidentiality
- Manage college recruitment initiatives, including coordinating and attending events as a company representative
- Manage job postings, announcements, applicant correspondence, resumes, applications, and interview scheduling
- Maintain applicant files and records in compliance with company policies, government regulations, and retention requirements
- Develop relationships with recruiting contacts in the community
- Create and maintain statistical and compliance reporting
- Assist with the H1-B immigration process
- Perform other duties assigned based on the business unit
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate degree in Human Resources, Business, or other related discipline
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Additional HR certifications a plus (PHR, SHRM-CP)
- Minimum 3 years’ recruitment experience
- Experience with an HRIS and ATS database; Taleo preferred
- Combination of training, education and relevant work experience that is equivalent
- Strong active and passive candidate sourcing skills
- High level of discretion and interpersonal skills for sensitive and confidential personnel matters
- Strong organizational, record-keeping and follow-up skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficiency with a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and changing priorities
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing requirements
- Oral and written communication skills
- Ability to interact effectively and professionally with employees, management, vendors, clients, and others
- Ability to travel up to 20%
- Ability to perform the stated physical and workplace functions, including occasional lifting up to 30 lbs.
