About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the Provider Product Group within Rover’s Global Provider Organization
  • Own Rover’s multi-year provider product strategy, vision, and roadmap
  • Concentrate investment on successful providers while strengthening marketplace depth and caregiver pipeline
  • Lead four product teams improving care providers’ marketplace experience
  • Drive rigorous, experiment-led execution and validate product launches
  • Own product OKRs and roadmap delivery
  • Advocate for providers using customer research, feedback, and marketplace data
  • Lead AI adoption in product features and team workflows
  • Coordinate alignment across Product, Design, Engineering, Data Science, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Legal, Trust & Safety, and international teams
  • Manage, hire, coach, and grow product managers
  • Hold accountability for supply-side revenue, provider retention, and new-customer booking growth
  • Report to the Senior Director of Supply and partner with cross-functional teams across Europe and the US

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of product management experience, with meaningful time in marketplace, platform, or two-sided business contexts
  • 5+ years in people management or leadership roles, including managing senior product managers or leading cross-functional groups
  • Experience driving marketplace monetization, including pricing, fee, or take-rate models with measurable P&L impact
  • Track record of building retention, engagement, and loyalty strategies for a professional user segment
  • Experience partnering with Data Science and Engineering teams on shared roadmaps and metrics
  • Rigorous experimentation practice, including A/B frameworks, holdouts, and long-horizon measurement
  • Clear and structured written and verbal communication, with ability to influence senior leaders and diverse teams
  • Highly proactive and comfortable operating with minimal guidance in uncertain environments
  • Analytical rigour and experience with advanced analytical and visualization tools such as Mode and Excel
  • Strong leadership, actionable feedback, and coaching experience
  • Comfortable working across Europe (Central Time) and US (Pacific Time) timezones
  • Strong command of English at minimum C2 level
  • Bachelor's degree
